Why we do what we do:

At Northminster, we understand that children are the future of the church. If we pour our time into them- nurturing and aiding their growth in the Spirit- we can truly make a lasting impact on their lives.

~Train up a child in the way they should go, and they will not depart from it

How we do what we do:

Every Sunday morning, Northminster offers several programs for a wide variety of children. After Sunday School (around 10:15) your newborns and infants can go to the nursery, staffed by Brianna Stitt, and your pre-k to 3rd graders can go to the toddler room, staffed by Dawn Kosior.

            WE LEARN:

Miss Dexter and Mrs. Stitt work together Sunday mornings (9:15) to bring you Deep Blue Bible Curriculum; a one room style Sunday school class that explores the Bible while learning about cultures and idea from various countries through crafts, games, and lessons.

Throughout the month the children can look forward to a wide variety of fun events planned by Aaron Crider, our Director of Children’s Ministry, and made possible by our Christian Education Committee. Here is a look at some of the events the Committee has lined up for the next few months!

            WE GROW:

Once a month, Northminster offers a Boys' Club for grades 3 - 6. Have you ever wondered how many wires are inside your TV? Or how a frog is able to jump so far? Or how the oven knows it’s at 350 degrees? In addition to learning really cool things, at boys' club we use these lessons to point and ultimately get closer to Jesus Christ. Boys' club meets the second Friday of the month from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Hope to see your boys there!
